DESIGN CRITERIA
The Basic requirements for the new design are as follows -
- To create a pathway for people to easily access the website by using the Deep Web.
- To make the website user friendly which is a feature that lacks in the other websites on the Deep Web.
- To provide complete anonymity to the user
- To release the information publicly only.
- To have certain kind of regulations in place for the site to function the way it should and helps the mutual cause of whistleblowing.
